Crockpot Butternut Squash & Quinoa Chili

1 cup quinoa

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped white onion

2 cups butternut squash

1 can chili beans

4 oz tomato sauce

3 oz tomato pasta

3 cups water

1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low for eight hours, enjoy with corn bread!
